Scott and Marni’s Client-First Philosophy

That said, in their experience as a Colorado Springs real estate professionals, Scott and Marni have also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting their clients first. This means keeping themselves accessible, being good listeners as well as good communicators, and responding quickly to your needs. They have assembled a team of highly qualified professionals to assist in everything from the lending process to family relocation, and this allows them to do what they do best – work one-on-one with home buyers and sellers.
Apart from helping clients achieve their real estate goals, Scott and Marni’s other passion in life is their two children. They cherish the time they spend with their sons, Scott and Nicholas, and would be the first to tell you that there is no place better to raise a family then Colorado Springs. It is a wonderful place to call home.
Marni was raised in Colorado and has been connected to the Colorado Springs community for the past 23 years. She has her Bachelors Degree from Colorado College and her Masters Degree from Antioch University. Scott came to Colorado 14 years ago, and has his Bachelors Degree from Guilford College, his Masters Degree from University of Phoenix, and his Ph.D. from Capella University. Both Marni and Scott attended Jones Real Estate School for their Real Estate Training, and both are members of the National Association of Realtors and licensed by the State of Colorado as Real Estate Broker/Associates.
